Don’t worry, we have prepared the clear refund & return policy for you. You will have 14 days to return your order with full fund if there is any problem. Also, we provide 30-days exchange policy for the products from the received date. No extra condition, just fill in the return sheet below or send your information to our email. We will reply you within 36 hours.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Please send us email about all your returns. We will email you with detailed instructions on how to return your order. Once we receive the returned item, we will then give a full refund.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
